Indeed blame is upon those who are doing wrong upon the mankind, and are transgressing in the land without the Truth; such will have surely painful punishment.
As explained in verses 35: 32 and 3: 79, it is the duty of the people of Messenger Muhammed to teach the mankind to become Rabbaniyyen-Proud representative of Allah. But the Arabic Qur’an reading Fujjar including the hypocrites and their blind followers are not doing their responsibility. So they are mentioned as the worst creatures among thousand communities of Lord’s creatures in verse 8: 22. As explained in verses 7: 202 and 9: 33-34, the hypocrites are eating the wealth of mankind unjustly and are entrapping them in to the hell. They are the transgressors by forgetting Lord Allah who is the owner of the Soul, and are commanding evil and are forbidding the good as told in verses 9: 67-68. They don’t say to mankind about Adhikr which is the Safeguard against all calamities, diseases and hellfire as explained in verse 5: 48. Meanwhile they have read the verse 83: 7 which says that the Ledger of the Fujjar who read the Arabic Qur’an is in Sijjeen of the hell. As explained in verse 4: 1, Fujjar have lost the aim of life of identifying Lord from the Lord’s Book Adhikr, and so the hypocrites among them will go to the hell even without trial as explained in verse 4: 145, where as their blind followers will go to hell after trial as explained in verse 39: 71.
